This is a Civil War Period CS Two Piece Buckle dug in the Corinth area.This has a Good patina and was found on the retreat route after Corinth in Chewalla Tennessee.This is the Leech and Ridgon type with the "L" in the Wreath.The wreath was missing the loop when dug and was expertly repaired. Good Confederate buckle for the money.
