C S TWO PIECE BUCKLE DUG N B FORREST CAMP OKOLONA MS AREA
This is a Civil War Period CS Two Piece Buckle dug in the Okolona Mississippi area.This has a Good Green patina and was found in a known Forrest Campsite at a place called Gunn's Church near Okolona.The wreath is missing the loop and although these were not dug together they were found in the same small area by my Good friend Mr. Phillip Moore. This is a good Confederate buckle for the money with Great History.
